African Rhinoceros

3DS Max 2010, Mental Ray, Zbrush, Photoshop, Fusion.

A Study of an African White Rhinoceros based on images downloaded from the web. I did this study to learn about quadruped anatomy and form along with a good test for surfacing in Zbrush and using alphas to create texture. Pflow in 3DS Max 2010 was used for the vegetation on the base. An 8K displacement/bump map was used to bring the ZBrush detail into Max.
